Please register your return here before sending it back to us (you must first log in with your account to do so).

Returns are processed within 48 hours and will only be accepted if the product is received by Codagex undamaged and in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will unfortunately not be processed.

The order number can be found as the source on the invoice (SYYXXXXX).
Please provide description and/or product code of the product as listed on the invoice or sales order. Also provide the number of products you wish to return.
