A return can be requested via the service tab on the website.
The return period is 30 days from the invoice date.
Only unused products in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return, unless otherwise agreed.
Used products, damaged items or products with assembly or usage marks cannot be returned.
No. Never send products without prior approval and instructions. Once the return is approved, you will receive a notification in the service ticket.
We do not accept collection orders; shipping is at your own expense and must be arranged by yourself.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, you will be informed about the further processing. If you wish to exchange the product, please let us know; otherwise, the product will be credited.
If a return does not meet the conditions, it will be refused. In this case, we will always contact you.
If you have forgotten to note the ticket number on the box, please contact us so that we know your shipment is on its way.
Returns without a ticket will not be processed; if possible, we will contact you and ask you to create a ticket.

Returns are only possible within 30 days of the invoice date and will only be accepted if the product is undamaged and received by Codagex in good condition in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will unfortunately not be processed.
