Our story.
since 1927
The start
In 1927, the first stone was laid for what is now CODAGEX. What once started as a small business in hardware and bicycle parts, called COmptoir DAGence EXclusive, has today grown into an ambitious specialist in Race, Mountain Bike and Gravel.
The passion
The passion for hardware was significantly smaller than for bicycles, and more and more attention and focus shifted to this part of the business. Codagex was no longer a hardware store, but a leading name in the distribution of bicycles and bicycle parts.
The growth
Steadily, the interest of the general public in cycling grew. Not only to enjoy it passively but also to actively get on the bike themselves. Codagex was at the forefront of bringing exclusive and premium bicycles and bicycle parts to the BeNeLux.
The takeover
In 2022, Codagex was acquired and a new breeze is blowing through the company and the team. With enhanced dynamics, the team has established a strategy to build a close and genuine partnership more for the dealer, with the dealer, and at the dealer.
