Our products come with a statutory warranty of 2 years. The warranty period starts on the invoice date to the end consumer. If the proof of purchase cannot be presented to the end consumer, the invoice date of the purchase invoice will apply.
Under warranty, manufacturing defects and faults that occur during normal use of the product are covered.
Not covered by warranty are, among other things, normal wear and tear, damage due to incorrect assembly, misuse, accidents, modifications to the product, and damage caused by external factors.
Warranty claims can be submitted via the ticketing system on the website. You can create a ticket at the bottom of this page.
For a proper assessment, we require at least: the proof of purchase, a clear description of the problem, and photos or videos that demonstrate the defect.
Never send the product without prior approval. If the product needs to be sent, you will always receive a notification about this in the ticket. In most cases, we need the product.
The shipping of the product is always the responsibility of the sender. We do not create a shipping label or collection request.
Upon approval, the product will be repaired, replaced, or credited, depending on the situation and availability. The choice in this matter lies with the manufacturer.
If a warranty claim does not meet the conditions, it will be rejected. You will always receive a clear explanation. We can return or destroy the product, this is always done in consultation.
