Last week, we travelled with a Codagex delegation to Holstebro, Denmark, for the CeramicSpeed Brand Summit—two days entirely dedicated to innovation, knowledge exchange, and the future of high-performance cycling technology. A brand that not only builds products but also fosters a culture of obsession with speed, efficiency, and perfection.
A glimpse behind the scenes: factory tour
The summit began with an extensive tour of the CeramicSpeed factory. As soon as you step into the production area, you notice how quiet, precise, and focused the work is.
Machine work and handwork seamlessly blend into one another, always with one goal: maximum efficiency and minimal resistance. The strict quality controls confirm that no component leaves the factory without perfect finishing.
A brief look into the R&D department made it clear why CeramicSpeed continues to raise the bar in the industry.
Demo sessions: experiencing and understanding the technology
In addition to theory, we also had hands-on moments. During various demos, we got to know the latest CeramicSpeed innovations in detail:
OSPW systems, UFO technology, and the small tweaks that make riders faster at every level.
