BB86 for SRAM GXP
The CeramicSpeed BB86 SRAM GXP Road Bottom Brackets are compatible with press−fit specific bike frames only. The shell diameter is 41mm ID, and when the bearings and cups are pressed in, they fit the 24/22mm SRAM and Quarq spindle.
There are two versions of the CeramicSpeed Bearings that come installed in the cups. The first is our low drag, long life Standard Bearing, with hardened−steel races and our super round CeramicSpeed Balls. The Coated Bearing is our second version, which uses those same balls installed on coated, hardened−steel races for longer life and lower drag.
In The Box
2 cups with bearings installed. 2 dust covers. 1mm spacer. 0.5mm spacer. Spacer tube. GXP wave washer. Plastic cable protector. All Round Grease. Sticker sheet.
This BB86 bottom bracket works with cranks that have 24/22mm thru−axle spindles, including Quarq and SRAM.
Frictional drag of CeramicSpeed Standard Bearings is typically 0.3−0.4 watts per set. That represents an average 75% drag drop versus standard bottom brackets. The hardened−steel races feature ceramic balls that are 100% smoother and 15% harder than the ceramic competition. The bearings last at least three times longer than other bearings.
Coated Bearings reduce drag further and increase service life. The coated races see a 50% drag reduction and an improvement in bearing life of 60%.
Changing grease tunes performance. All Round Grease comes installed, but can be changed for lower drag Race Day Grease, or higher durability Long Life Grease, which adds a bit of drag but stays in when riding through messy conditions.

This bottom bracket is when you have a PF30, BBright, or 386EVO shell frame and want to install a BB30 crankset into the frame. All have a 46mm inner diameter and smooth insides, though the widths vary from 68mm to 86mm. The crank has a 30mm diameter spindle.
This bottom bracket features nearly zero loss of power due to friction, thanks to the bearings. Either our Standard or Coated Bearings. Both have super round, super smooth CeramicSpeed balls rolling on hardened−steel races. The Coated version has a metallic coating laid onto the races, making them even harder and smoother, resulting in longer life and lower drag. They come installed in cups.
In The Box
2 cups with bearings installed. 2 1mm spacers. 2 0.5mm spacers. 2 dust covers. O−ring. Spacer tube. All Round Grease. Sticker sheet.
30mm thru−axle cranks are increasingly popular due to high stiffness and low weight. 46mm inner diameter bottom brackets are popular for the freedom they offer designer in building frames. Because of the variety of widths, the cups here extend into the shell and come with a telescoping spacer tube to further seal and stiffen the system.
The bottom bracket is already stiff thanks to hard ceramic bearings and hardened−steel races. Thanks to CeramicSpeed, it’s also nearly zero drag. Standard Bearings typically have frictional drag of 0.3−0.4 watts per set. That’s in the range of a 75% drag reduction versus conventional bb’s. The bearings last at least 3x longer than other bearings.
Change the grease for your rides. Race Day Grease, All Round, and Long Life are greases CS designed. The first is the least drag, the last is the most durable. All Round, in the middle, comes in road bearings.

The BB30 standard opened up design possibilities for frames. Adapting it for Shimano cranks takes a special machined aluminum threaded bottom bracket that threads into itself.
Ours are finished with CeramicSpeed Bearings. You have two choices in terms of bearings. The first choice is our low drag, long life standard bearing, with hardened−steel races and our super round CeramicSpeed Balls. The second choice is our coated bearing, which uses those same balls installed on coated, hardened−steel races for longer life and less bearing drag.
In The Box
1 bottom bracket with bearings installed. 2 dust covers installed. All Round Grease. Sticker sheet.
This bottom bracket works with cranks that have 24mm thru−axle spindles.
Bottom brackets have several variables, but within that, CeramicSpeed standard Bearings typically have frictional drag of 0.3−0.4 watts per set. That’s in the range of a 75% drag reduction compared to standard bottom brackets. That’s thanks to balls that are 100% smoother and 15% harder than the ceramic competition. The CeramicSpeed Bearings last at least three times longer than other bearings.
Coated Bearings see another big bump in performance. The coated races see a 50% drag reduction and an improvement in bearing life of 60%.
Performance can be tuned by changing the grease. All Round Grease comes installed, but can be changed for lower drag Race Day Grease, or higher durability Long Life Grease, which adds a bit of drag but stays in when riding through messy conditions.

The ITA30 bottom bracket kit is an impressive bit of design. It allows you to mate a 30mm spindle crank, like those from Rotor, to a narrow 35mm diameter, 70mm wide threaded bottom bracket shell.
The bearings come installed in cups, which are then threaded into the bottom bracket shell. Those bearings are either our Standard or Coated Bearings. Both have super round, super smooth CeramicSpeed balls rolling on hardened−steel races. The Coated version has a metallic coating laid onto the races, making them even harder and smoother, resulting in longer life and lower drag.
In The Box
2 threaded cups with bearings installed. 2 1mm spacers. 2 0.5mm spacers. 2 dust covers. O−ring. All Round Grease. Sticker sheet. Spacertube
Italian threading can be found on many high−performing Italian−built bikes. The threaded extension is thin, as they need to fit a 30mm spindle inside the 35mm shell.
The oversized spindle was designed to be stiffer and faster, same as the CeramicSpeed system. CeramicSpeed standard bearings typically have frictional drag of 0.3−0.4 watts per set. That’s in the range of a 75% drag reduction compared to standard bottom brackets. That’s thanks to balls that are 100% smoother and 15% harder than the ceramic competition. The bearings last at least three times longer than other bearings.
You can change the grease to tune performance. Race Day, All Round, and Long Life are three greases CS designed to help the bearings roll smoothly. The first is the least drag, the last is the most durable. All Round comes in road bearings.

BSA is another way of stating English threading; it comes from British Standard Cycle. English threading on road bikes mean a 68mm wide, 34mm inside diameter shell with reverse threading on the drive side. It’s the most common threaded standard employed today. This kit works with 24mm diameter thru−axle cranks, found on Shimano, FSA, Rotor, among others.
Choose between two bearings for the cups. Standard Bearings have low drag thanks to hardened−steel races and our Ceramic balls. Coated Bearings have those same balls installed on coated, hardened−steel races for longer life and less bearing drag.
In The Box
2 threaded cups with bearings. 2 dust covers with built−in spacers. Spacer tube. All Round Grease. Sticker sheet.
English threading is easy to work with and the drive side cup, thanks to being reverse−threaded, stays in place without extra effort. 24mm spindles easily fit through the shell, allow for large bearings to be employed in the outside cups.
Put more of your energy into forward motion by reducing frictional drag wherever you can. CS Standard Bearings typically have frictional drag of 0.3−0.4 watts per set. That’s in the range of a 75% drag reduction compared to standard bottom brackets. CS balls are 100% smoother and 15% harder than ceramic competition. The bearings last at least 3x longer than other bearings.

The BB30 bottom bracket allows you to pair 30mm spindle cranks to 42mm inner diameter bottom bracket shells. Cannondale pioneered this standard along with specially−designed cranks and many have found the benefits to them. Road versions have a 68mm width, MTB has 73mm. These are also the bearings you can use to replace bearings in PF30 cups.
You have two bearing choices. The first choice is our low drag, long life Standard Bearing, with hardened−steel races and our super round CeramicSpeed balls. The second choice is our Coated Bearing, which uses those same balls installed on coated, hardened−steel races for longer life and less bearing drag.
In The Box
2 bearings. 2 1mm spacers 2 0.5mm spacers. 2 dust covers. O−ring. CeramicSpeed LongLife grease. Sticker sheet.
BB30 was designed to make the bike lighter: no cups, threading, or redundant metal, plus a lighter, stiffer crank. That’s why the crank spindle is 30mm, which was a big jump up from narrow square−taper spindles.
There are two widths, road=68mm, MTB=73mm. Specify so we can provide the proper grease.
There are three grades of grease. Race Day, All Round, and Long Life. The first is the least drag, the last is the most durable. All Round comes in road bearings, Long Life in MTB. Change the grease to tune performance.
CeramicSpeed standard bearings typically have frictional drag of 0.3−0.4 watts per set. That’s in the range of a 75% drag reduction compared to standard bottom brackets. The PF30 standard is widely used. To make it compatible with Shimano and other 24mm diameter thru−axle cranks, as well as improve the system, select this bottom bracket.
The package comes with two cups and CeramicSpeed Bearings installed. There are two options. Both Standard and Coated Bearings feature super smooth CeramicSpeed Balls and hardened−steel races. The CeramicSpeed Coated Bearings have an additional feature: a 3−micron thick metallic layer over the races. This addition makes the races smoother and harder, lowering drag and increasing life.
In The Box
1 bottom bracket with bearings installed. 2 dust covers. All Round Grease. Sticker sheet.
The cups have extended sleeves and join with a center section, reducing the likelihood of creaking and increasing the reliability of the system.
The CeramicSpeed Standard Bearings have only 0.3−.04 watts of frictional drag per set, an average drag reduction of 75% compared to stock bottom brackets. This is the result of great design including hardened−steel races, and CeramicSpeed Balls that are 100% smoother and 15% harder than the ceramic competition. They also last longer.
The CeramicSpeed Coated Bearings last even longer and feature even lower drag. Life increases by 60% and drag drops by 50% compared to our CeramicSpeed Standard Bearings.
All Round Grease is installed in the bearings. It can be replaced for lower drag Race Day Grease, or higher durability Long Life Grease, which adds a bit of drag but stays in when riding through messy conditions.

PF30 road bottom bracket shells are 68mm wide like BB30, but have a greater diameter, 46mm, so that bearings in cups can fit inside the shell. This kit contains all the parts you need to install a Quarq or SRAM 24/22mm spindle crank in a BB30 road or cyclocross bike.
The bundle comes with two cups and CeramicSpeed bearings installed. There are two choices. Standard and Coated. The both possess super smooth CeramicSpeed balls fitted in hardened−steel races. The Coated have an additional feature: a 3−micron thick metallic layer over the races. This addition makes the races smoother and harder, lowering drag and increasing life.
In The Box
2 cups with bearings installed. 2 dust covers. GXP wave washer. Spacer tube. CeramicSpeed All Round Grease. Sticker sheet.
The cups have extended sleeves, are joined via a spacer tube, reducing the likelihood of creaking and increasing the reliability, as well as protecting internal cabling from the 24/22mm crank spindle on SRAM and Quarq cranks.
The Standard Bearings have a friction cost 0.3−.04 watts per set, an average drag reduction of 75% compared to stock bb’s. The result of smart design: hardened−steel races, and ceramic balls that are 100% smoother and 15% harder than even the competition from fellow ceramic bearings. They also last longer.
Coated Bearings feature an even longer service life and feature even lower drag. Life increases by 60% and drag drops by 50% compared to our Standard.
All Round Grease is installed in the bearings. It can be replaced for lower drag Race Day Grease, or higher durability Long Life Grease, which adds a bit of drag but stays in when riding through messy conditions.

BBright is the Cervélo bottom bracket standard, found on most of their frames, save the P5. In order to fit Shimano and FSA cranks into this oversized shell, this bottom bracket, complete with CeramicSpeed Bearings, needs to be pressed in.
The BBright bottom bracket comes with either CeramicSpeed Standard or Coated Bearings installed. Super smooth, super round CeramicSpeed Balls contained in hardened−steel races are found on both versions. The Coated version has a metallic coating laid onto the races, making it even smoother and harder, resulting in lower drag and longer life.
In The Box
1 bottom bracket with bearings installed. 2 dust covers. All Round Grease. Sticker sheet.
BBright is similar to BB30, but is wider on the non−drive side. As such, the bottom bracket for running 24mm diameter thru−axle cranks from Shimano, FSA, and others, is unique.
The CeramicSpeed Standard Bearings last at least three times longer than other bearings. Thanks goes to hardened−steel races and CeramicSpeed Balls that are 100% smoother and 15% harder than the ceramic competition. These have a frictional drag of 0.3−0.4 watts per set, which represents an average 75% drag reduction compared to most bb's.
The CeramicSpeed Coated Bearings reduce drag by 50% compared to CeramicSpeed Standard Bearings and an improvement in bearing life of 60%.
The grease that comes installed can be changed. All Round Grease is standard, but can be replaced for lower drag Race Day Grease, or higher durability Long Life Grease, which adds a bit of drag but stays in when riding through messy conditions.
